Questions about official Travis County dockets belong with the clerk or court that keeps the file. This private reference site cannot retrieve records or change settings. The routes below distinguish District Court records from County Court at Law, misdemeanor, probate, justice, and municipal files.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Choose the record holder before making a Travis County request. re:SearchTX is a statewide search aid, but the local clerk that maintains the case remains the source for official copies:

  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
